Join us for a 12-week dive into CFRD management through our proven program, combining education, coaching and peer engagement to optimize the health of adults with CFRD.
Considering taking your diabetes management to the next level through pump therapy is a huge decision! This program is developed to dive into the conversation around the pros/cons of pump therapy and can also get the process started to order a pump as well as virtually train individuals on pump therapy. Pump Training is paid by insurance, if you already know which pump you want and have it ordered, you do not need to enroll in this session.
(Currently, I am only trained with Insulet for Omnipod)
Maybe you feel proficient in many areas of CFRD management, but just want to really hone in on one topic such as Pregnancy, Sick Day Management, Transplant, etc. This allows you to choose one content area in which we can dive into the topic and address all the questions as they apply to your specific situation.
